Back where they belong

North Carolina women's soccer has returned to the stage on which it has performed its magic so brilliantly through the years. The Tar Heels defeated UCLA 2-0 on Friday in the semifinals of the Women's College Cup at the SAS Soccer Park in Cary to advance to today's NCAA championship game. This is the first time in three years that UNC has played for the national title. Two years ago, Carolina was knocked out of the NCAA tournament short of the semifinals for the first time in school history.
