Navarre RB Michael Carter, a UNC commit, healthy for senior season

As Michael Carter’s senior season at Navarre inches closer, the three-star running back is 100 percent healthy, and on July 4 committed to the University of North Carolina. Last season Carter ran for 532 yards and eight touchdowns in only three games before the knee injury. “He has been one of, if not the best, running back in the panhandle the last two or three years."
