Thirty-four FCS teams would currently be favored over the worst FBS team (UL Monroe) on a neutral field, according to ESPN’s FPI projections. Beating North Dakota State or James Madison (whom North Carolina faces this week) or any other FCS top 25 team should not be considered a black mark on a team’s résumé. (ESPN.com)
