Fedora addresses the ACC's decision to move championship games

The ACC announced Wednesday that it will relocate all neutral-site conference championship games due to North Carolina's controversial House Bill 2. The decision affects the ACC football championship game, which has been played in Charlotte the last six years. UNC coach Larry Fedora addressed the ACC's decision after Wednesday's practice.
