Bad seasons end on well-played note


On paper, it looked to be a bad game between two of the ACC's worst teams, but, on the field, Duke vs. North Carolina turned out to be a thriller. Roof was looking for his first win of the season. Bunting was seeking perhaps his last win as a head coach. They met at high noon, two blues battling the blues, each seeking to leave on the upbeat sound the winner's prize, the Victory Bell.
