Duke hoping Victory Bell is enough motivation


Fighting injuries, fatigue and a season-long losing streak, Duke has one last opportunity to earn a tangible reward for its months of hard work. As far as prizes go, it's hard for the Blue Devils to imagine a better one than the Victory Bell. That's the hardware that'll be on the line when Duke (0-11, 0-7) hosts North Carolina (2-9, 1-6) on Saturday at noon. (Durham Herald-Sun)
