Coach speaks, Heels listen

After his team’s worst practice of the young season Friday afternoon, North Carolina men’s basketball coach Roy Williams gave his players a choice. Practice with intensity for two hours Saturday morning or come back again in the evening for a second, and far more grueling, session. "It wasn’t so much of a choice," freshman Wayne Ellington said.
