UNC works hard in easy win

Roy Williams delivered a simple message to his basketball team Saturday, a day after after what he called North Carolina's worst practice of the season. Practice right, or practice twice. The Tar Heels met their coach's challenge with an inspired workout Saturday morning, and they followed up on Sunday by meeting another challenge. No. 2 UNC routed Gardner-Webb 103-50 at the Smith Center. (Durham Herald-Sun)
