UNC women's golf star Leslie Cloots meditates on and off the course
Posted Oct 14, 2016
Leslie Cloots sits in total silence. Her eyes are closed. She takes a deep breath, focusing all her thoughts on the tip of her nose. As she exhales, she feels the air leaving her nostrils and flowing down to her stomach. Her breathing slows as she visualizes the process over and over again. Every time her thoughts begin to wander, she returns to her breathing.
