NCAA's charges against Louisville expected Thursday

After a yearlong investigation, the NCAA this week is expected to provide the University of Louisville with a notice of allegations of violations in its men’s basketball program and the university is expected to make them public Thursday, according to sources familiar with the probe. A notice of allegations outlines the rules that the institution is alleged to have broken and describes the facts of the case.
