Utah basketball receives commitment from 2017 four-star big man Branden Carlson

From multiple perspectives, the University of Utah men's basketball program on Sunday night received a big commitment in Bingham High senior Branden Carlson. First, Carlson is rated by Scout.com as a four-star prospect and the 69th best player in the country for the class of 2017. Next, he is tall at 6-foot-10, weighing 210 pounds.
