North Carolina quarterback Mitch Trubisky became just the sixth player in UNC history to throw for 3,000 yards. He now ranks sixth in UNC single-season history. Trubisky also topped 4,000 yards passing in his career and ranks eighth all-time at UNC with 4,018. Senior tailback T.J. Logan had 166 all-purpose yards and moved into fifth place all-time at UNC with 4,597.
