Long Beach State coach Dan Monson brings a solid squad into tonight’s matchup. The 49ers return two starters from last season’s 20-win team, including point guard Justin Bibbins and Gabe Levin, who’s averaged 12 points per game this season. Loyola Marymount transfer Evan Payne has also been useful, leading the team in rebounds and averaging 9.5 points. (Fayetteville Observer)
