Heels' 'D' solid, offense not so much

Halfway through the fourth quarter, North Carolina's band cranked out "Thriller." It should have dug a little deeper into Michael Jackson's songbook for "Bad." That would have been the appropriate soundtrack for Georgia Tech's 7-0 win over North Carolina on Saturday at Kenan Stadium. No. 19 Georgia Tech couldn't throw, and Carolina couldn't run. The two sides set offensive-play back 43 years, the last time Carolina was involved in a 7-0 game. (Raleigh News & Observer)
