Citadel loses for first time in 2016 season at hands of Tar Heels

Hopeful they would cap off their historic 2016 season with a victory in its final regular season game, Brent Thompson and his Citadel squad arrived at UNC on Saturday with a perfect 10-0 record, looking for win No. 11. Instead, the Bulldogs were handed a 41-7 loss at the hands of the Tar Heels, marking the first time the Citadel has lost a game since last December. (Charleston Post and Courier)
