Davis to UNC? Yes, no, maybe

For the sake of conversation, let's just say Butch Davis can have the North Carolina football coaching job if he wants it. Whether that's actually the case is unclear -- few people other than Davis, UNC athletics director Dick Baddour and middleman Chuck Neinas know for sure. But if the offer has been made, Davis has three options -- to say yes, no or maybe. Valid reasons exist for each. Let's go over the talking points.
