Kentucky has more NBA talent, but North Carolina might be nation's best team

Nobody, least of all me, can promise that the Tar Heels will be at the 2017 Final Four any more than someone can promise Kentucky or Villanova or Kansas or Duke will be there. A single-elimination tournament of 40-minute games is not the simplest thing to predict. But does North Carolina have a really good chance? Man, it sure looks like it.
