Tar Heels likely to start Dailey at quarterback against Jackets

Joe Dailey is close to nailing down North Carolina's quarterback job for the season's final three games after his performance Saturday in a loss at Notre Dame. Coach John Bunting said yesterday that he hasn't discussed the matter with offensive coordinator Frank Cignetti, who is also the quarterbacks coach, but added that Dailey returning to the job that he held at the start of the season was a fair assessment.
