One matchup in the Hyundai Sun Bowl in which North Carolina has an advantage on paper is special teams. The Tar Heels rank second nationally in kickoff returns (27.2 yards per attempt) and first on punt coverage, where remarkably it has allowed six return yards on 46 punts.
