UNC Celebrates Power Of Women's Sports

The power of women’s athletics is on display every day as Carolina’s 15 varsity women’s squads train, practice, play and lead through their sports. But once a year, the teams join together, along with several hundred young athletes who view the Tar Heels as role models, to celebrate their strength at UNC’s annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day event.
