Tar Heels know post-Virginia path can work

If No. 5 North Carolina responds in the same manner as it did last year after losing at Virginia, all will be fine with the Tar Heels. Just like Monday night’s defeat in Charlottesville, Va., the 2016 setback to the Cavaliers came on Feb. 27. North Carolina followed that with 10 consecutive victories. Do that again, it would mean a national championship this year.
