UNC Softball Tops No. 21 Pitt, 5-1, In Papa’s 1,200th Victory

North Carolina head coach Donna J. Papa became the 11th coach in NCAA softball history to win 1,200 career victories on Friday, leading the Tar Heels to a 5-1 win over No. 21 Pittsburgh. “Milestones are always great,” said Papa. “Honestly all the players that have played for me, that’s what it really comes down to. Its theirs too. They’ve all contributed."
