NYC neutral court a challenge for Tar Heels looking to repeat ACC title

North Carolina’s bid to roll doubles two straight times aside, the most interesting aspect of this week’s ACC basketball tournament in New York should be the neutral-court factor. The Tar Heels won the regular season and then backed it up with the tournament title a year ago in Washington, D.C., just as they did in 2006-07 (Tampa tourney) and 2007-08 (Charlotte tourney).
