UNC’s Joel Berry enlists cupping therapy to speed recovery

Joel Berry raised his right leg Saturday in the UNC locker room to reveal an assortment of red circles, the remnants of cupping therapy, a recovery method that helps to alleviate pain and promote blood flow. The ankle injury he suffered during the Tar Heels’ opener in the NCAA Tournament has received continual treatment ahead of Sunday’s matchup with Arkansas.
