Darian Durant gets his shot with Green Riders

Darian Durant entered the 2008 campaign as the Saskatchewan Roughriders' third-string quarterback. But through a combination of circumstances - a hamstring injury to starter Marcus Crandell along with ineffective play from his backup, Steven Jyles - Durant was cast into the spotlight two weeks ago at B.C., and will start his second consecutive game tonight against the Alouettes.
