Joel Berry will have to guide rebuilt Tar Heels

Joel Berry didn’t need long to figure out what was clear about his chances of having his name called in June’s NBA Draft. “After speaking to my family, I have decided to withdraw from the 2017 Draft and will return to Carolina next season,” Berry said. There’s nothing Berry was going to do in a workout or in the NBA Draft Combine that will change whether a franchise will or won’t pick him.
