No. 3 North Carolina scored four times in the eighth inning and secured its program-best eighth straight ACC series win with a 5-4 victory over No. 3 Clemson Saturday at Boshamer Stadium. Zack Gahagan's sacrifice fly plated Brandon Riley with the game-winning run, and Josh Hiatt worked a 1-2-3 ninth for his 13th save as the Tar Heels improved to 35-9 and 18-5 in the ACC.
