At UNC, Jordyn Adams says he is close with Tar Heels wide receivers and recruiting coordinator Gunter Brewer. But he’s got strong family ties in Chapel Hill, too — Adams’ father, Deke Adams, was hired as UNC’s defensive line coach in January. The coach was on Larry Fedora’s initial UNC staff in 2012, and he went on to coach at South Carolina and East Carolina before returning to UNC.
