McGill proved himself in Furman win

In UNC's 45-42 victory over Furman on Saturday night, McGill got his chance to show that he can be a factor for an entire football game. Showing no signs of cramps that plagued him in UNC's season-opening loss to Rutgers, he scored four touchdowns and punctuated the Tar Heels' final drive with a leap into the end zone.
