Matt Harvey makes progress on mound, Mets hope confidence returns

The Mets must continue in their belief that Matt Harvey will eventually get back. The righthander who is trying to find his way back from major season-ending surgery, his second in three years, showed flashes Wednesday of the dominant pitcher he used to be. At times he also showed how far he has to go as the Mets lost 5-4 in 11 innings to the Diamondbacks at Chase Field.
