Dominating: Three sacks are centerpiece of Peppers' fantastic game

Julius Peppers of the Carolina Panthers looked tired and sore - and not at all pleased. Yet it could be argued that he played the finest all-around game of his football career in front of 63,623 fans at the Metrodome yesterday. Peppers made so many big defensive plays during the Panthers' 16-13 overtime loss to the Minnesota Vikings that it was hard to count them all. (Winston-Salem Journal)
