The North Carolina baseball team wasted little time jumping on rival N.C. State on Friday in the ACC baseball tournament. The Tar Heels earned a 12-4 victory over the Wolfpack, using a 10-run first inning to set the tone en route to securing a spot in Saturday’s 4 p.m. semifinal against Miami. UNC (46-11) scored eight runs with two outs in the first inning and never looked back. (The Robesonian)
