North Carolina's win over Miami delayed by weather, slow start

After weathering a couple of delays thanks to Mother Nature, UNC continued the offensive outburst it’s displayed this week in the ACC Baseball Tournament. The second-seeded Tar Heels rallied to knock off sixth-seeded Miami 12-4 in a semifinal at Louisville Slugger Field. With the win, the Tar Heels advance to play Florida State in Sunday’s noon championship game.
