Despite revenue gap, ACC competing nationally like never before

ACC men’s basketball has produced four national semifinalists in the last three seasons, with Duke in 2015 and North Carolina in ’17 cutting down the nets. A record six teams from the league reached the 2016 regional semifinals, the same season in which ACC squads combined to win a record 19 NCAA tournament games.
