Updated Scout 2019 Top 100 College Basketball Recruits

After updating the 2018 player rankings last week, the 2019 rankings, which got a major shake up, were updated on Thursday. R.J. Barrett stuck at No. 1, while Vernon Carey and James Wiseman moved to No. 2 and No. 3. UNC recruit Matthew Hurt checks in at No. 6. Wendell Moore is at No. 25, and Josh Nickelberry lands at No. 26. Hurt, Moore and Nickelberry each hold UNC offers.
