Tar Heels Unaffected by New Clock Rules

Through two games, the North Carolina Tar Heels seem to be relatively unaffected by the new NCAA clock rules. Last year, the Heels averaged 68.9 offensive plays per game, while their games lasted an average of 3 hours 28 minutes. In their first two games this year, they've run an average of 68.5 offensive plays with an average game duration of 3 hours 13 minutes. (AOL Fanhouse)
