When Lincoln Riley took over for Bob Stoops last week, he did so at just 33 years old, making him the youngest head coach in the FBS ranks. It’s familiar territory; when Leach made Riley Texas Tech’s receivers coach in 2007, he was just 23 and the game's youngest full-time coach.
