Utah trades up to take Tony Bradley at No. 28. How he fits: The Jazz traded up to get a shot at Bradley, so it was clear the Carolina freshman made the right decision. Bradley is a few years from contributing at the NBA level, and will likely spend time working on his game in the G League this season.
