Hokies' defense rules


Virginia Tech got 66 yards and zero touchdowns from its starting quarterback on Saturday. The 16th-ranked Hokies didn't need any more from Sean Glennon, not with North Carolina's quarterbacks throwing so many passes to Tech's defense. Virginia Tech intercepted four passes in Saturday's 35-10 rout of the Tar Heels and turned three into touchdowns. (Raleigh News & Observer)
