Chazz Surratt remains in four-player competition for UNC QB job

Former East Lincoln High star Chazz Surratt remains in a competition for the University of North Carolina starting quarterback job. Tar Heels coach Larry Fedora left little doubt that the decision about his team’s starting quarterback may last until just before the Sept. 2 season-opener against California. “In a perfect world, it would’ve been last spring,” Fedora said.
