My favorite thing about the column that introduced the latest cockamamie scheme to undermine the NCAA by creating an alternative route for young athletes is the headline that trumpets exactly what it’s about. Is it about creating a profitable, sustainable business? Is it about offering an alternative that’s genuinely better for the athletes? Nah. Here’s what it’s about:
