Heels have not-so-secret weapon this week


North Carolina has inside information on Virginia Tech and Coach John Bunting is hopeful that it will provide at least some help for his team's ACC opener on Saturday at Kenan Stadium. Bunting hasn't planted a mole in the Hokies' program, but he does have an assistant who used to work there. Danny Pearman, the Tar Heels' defensive-ends coach, spent eight seasons on the Hokies' staff before leaving after last season. (Winston-Salem Journal)
