Heels Start Slow Again


Unranked Rutgers rolled up 217 rushing yards en route to a 21-16 season-opening victory over North Carolina in front of 50,000 on Saturday at Kenan Stadium. As North Carolina fans once again had raised their hopes for the beginning of the college football season to a fever pitch, the Tar Heels proved they weren’t ready. (Inside Carolina)
