Bethel: NCAA Setting Dangerous Precedent in UNC Case


When the NCAA alleges that the access to and assistance with the paper classes “alleviated the academic responsibilities for students that help them develop both as learners and adults,” the NCAA is stepping outside its purview and setting a dangerous precedent.
