Posted Sep 2, 2006
When the curtain rises at 3:30 at Kenan Stadium, UNC will open its sixth season under Bunting with a game against Rutgers, a vastly improved Big East team. It will be the first meeting between the teams since 1919 and Rutgers' first game in Chapel Hill. The game also will be the first of three straight at home for UNC, which finished 5-6 last season.
