UNC DC John Papuchis Keying on Four Defensive Stats

First-year UNC defensive coordinator John Papuchis doesn’t care much for traditional statistical categories that are mainstays in the media yet no longer apply to the current game. “I am a stat-heavy guy in terms of what really matters,” Papuchis said. “There are a lot of stats that when you really look at them, they’re not really relevant to playing good defense.” (Inside Carolina)
