Dascenzo: Thoughts before big weekend


John Bunting said he always thought his season-opening opponent, Rutgers on Saturday at 3:30 in Kenan Stadium, was a sleeping giant. Well, giants do tend to sleep from the time to time. Consider that before last season's 7-5 finish, the Scarlet Knights had four winning seasons in the last 24 years.
