When the 5-foot-11, 220-pound senior at North Carolina isn't slicing through defenses on the football field, he can often be found dicing up onions and peppers in his teammates' galley-style kitchen off Hillsborough Road. Yes, he hopes to sate UNC's craving to return to a bowl by becoming its first 1,000-yard rusher since 1997.
