In Charlotte Catholic’s 2004 state championship win, Nick Starcevic carried the ball 22 times for 93 yards and two touchdowns en route to MVP honors. Last year at UNC, he touched the ball once – a one-yard touchdown run at Louisville. Good things happen when he gets his hands on the ball, that’s not his primary role anymore. (Inside Carolina)
