QBs lead on and off field
Former Broughton coach Clyde Walker carried a letter in his briefcase that was written to him when he was the recruiting coordinator at UNC. Walker received the letter from a high school quarterback, someone Walker didn't think was good enough to play for the Tar Heels. The player thanked Walker for watching him play, but insisted that Walker was overlooking something. Quarterbacks lead, the player wrote. The best quarterbacks aren't always the fastest or the ones with the best form. (Raleigh News & Observer)
